After a natural medicine workshop\, he goes to the Okinawa Islands to visit the area. There he met Junko (Youki Kudoh)\, a 40-year old mother who left her abusive husband after a heated argument. A new and unexpected relationship develops between them\, and together\, they roam the islands in search of tranquility. Junko’s presence disturbs Pierre’s quest for peace and tranquility\, but he can not push her away.  Where will this adventure take them? \nThe film is a Canada Japan co-production and set entirely in Okinawa. It was the winner of two awards at the 36th Montreal World Film Festival in 2012.
