DESCRIPTION:THE JAPAN FOUNDATION\, TORONTO\n2024 ONLINE LANGUAGE BRUSH UP WORKSHOP\nFOR JAPANESE-LANGUAGE TEACHERS\nIf you are a Japanese language teacher and would like to brush up on your Japanese this summer\, please join this free online language brush up course for Japanese language teachers. The workshop will cover one chapter of Marugoto Intermediate 1 (B1) for 4 days. \nSchedule：Tuesday\, July 2 – Friday\, July 5\, 2024\n1:00pm – 3:00pm (Eastern Daylight Time) \nClick here to confirm the time in the region you live in. \nEligibility Requirements:\nJapanese-language teachers in Canada who did not complete their compulsory education (elementary and junior high school\, 9 years) in Japan and have a language proficiency higher than A2-2. \nClass size: Maximum of 20 people. Scheduled to be cancelled if less than 5 people sign up. \nTextbook: Marugoto Intermediate 1 (B1) Topic 7 Take on the challenge of martial arts!\n* The textbook will be provided free of charge to the participants who do not have it and are attending for the first time this year. \nLanguage: Conducted primarily in Japanese. \nCost: Free \nRegistration (mandatory): *Please register before June 16th in order to receive the textbook.
