The Japan Foundation, Toronto (JFT) is launching a “JFT Online ‘Sawakai’ for Japanese Teachers” with the aim of providing a place where Japanese language teachers in Canada can easily network and discuss. The topic for the first ‘Sawakai’ on Thursday, May 7, 2020 will be “Improve your students’ speaking ability!”

On Friday, February 28 the Japan Foundation, Toronto is happy to host an event on the Education of Japanese as a Heritage Language, in connection with “The Promotion of Japanese Language Education Act” recently enacted in Japan.
