This summer, the Japan Foundation, Toronto is thrilled to once again offer a mini-course for anyone who wants to take Japanese for a test-run: Marugoto Summer Sampler! Over three classes (July 26th, August 2nd, & August 9th) students will gain the knowledge and skills to start talking about themselves and their world in Japanese.
In the spirit of celebrating the 90th Anniversary of Canada-Japan Diplomatic relations, the Japan Foundation presents Eitetsu Hayashi: Japanese TAIKO Drum Concert Tour with Eitetsu FU-UN no KAI. Japan’s premier solo taiko drummer will embark on a tour across Canada this summer.

This is a four-day workshop designed for non-native Japanese language teachers, including a one-day workshop open to other teachers on the first day.
Paris will host one of the largest events to promote Japanese culture overseas to commemorate the 160th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between France and Japan this year.
