テーマ：どうする？アクティビティ－意味のある活動を効果的に授業に取り入れるために

前回10月に実施されたワークショップに引き続き、今回のワークショップでは日々の学習活動の中に多く取り入れられているクラスアクティビティについて注目します。

様々なタイミングで授業中内に行われるアクティビティですが、普段自分が取り入れているアクティビティについて、以下の点について、一緒に振り返ってみませんか？

• どのようなクラスアクティビティを行っているか？
• そのアクティビティの目的は明確か？
• そのタイミングは適切か？
• アクティビティの説明はわかりやすいか？
• 実際の活動の長さは十分か？

アクティビティの内容や種別、効果的に実施するためにどうしたらいいのかを一緒に考えてみたいと思います。

A workshop for Japanese language teachers on the topic of incorporating meaningful classroom activities will be held in Vancouver. For registration, please see below.

Theme: Activities – “What will you do?”- Effectively incorporating meaningful activities in the classroom

Following the popular workshop in October at the University of British Columbia, the theme is once again “classroom activities.”

Teachers conduct a lot of activities in their classroom. Let’s reflect on the following together:

• What kind of activities do you conduct?
• Are the objectives of the activities clear?
• Is there a “right time” to introduce and conduct activities?
• Is the explanation comprehensive enough?
• Is the length of the activities sufficient?

At this workshop we will focus on the activities that often take place in day-to-day learning. As a group, we will analyze the contents and types of class activities and think about how to use them in a meaningful way.
