2025 ONLINE LANGUAGE BRUSH UP WORKSHOP
FOR JAPANESE-LANGUAGE TEACHERS

If you are a Japanese Language teacher and would like to brush up on your Japanese this summer, please join this free online language brush up course for Japanese Language teachers. The workshop will cover one chapter of Marugoto Intermediate 1 (B1) for 4 days.

Schedule: Monday, July 7 – Thursday, July 10, 2025
1:00pm – 3:00pm (Eastern Daylight Time)

Eligibility Requirements:
Japanese-Language teachers in Canada who did not complete their compulsory education (elementary and junior high school, 9 years) in Japan and have a language proficiency higher than A2-2.

Class Size: Maximum of 20 people. Scheduled to be cancelled if less than 5 people sign up.

Textbook: Marugoto Intermediate 1 (B1) – Topic 4 – Let’s go to a hot spring!
* The textbook will be provided free of charge to the participants who do not have it and are attending for the first time this year.

Language: Conducted primarily in Japanese.
