SDGsを取り入れようー気候変動

本研修では、初級レベルから国連のSDGsのような社会問題を取り入れるために、どのような工夫が必要かを中等教育の先生方と考える機会として、研修講師が作成した作材を学習者として体験してもらい、教材についてフィードバックをいただいたあと、研修後にまとめたものを参加者に共有します。教材を改善したあと、資料として共有させていただきます。多くの中等教育の先生の参加が可能となるよう、完全非同期でパイロットとして実施します。

研修期間：2022年8月30日（火）-　9月19日（月）（3週間）

コース説明：

完全非同期で、研修期間は3週間、1週間ごとに進めます。主に学生としてタスクに取り組みます。タスクは終えないと次に進むことができません。他の先生方との非同期での交流は、それぞれの進度が異なるため、ありません。タスクによっては他の先生が書いた回答を見ることができます。研修終了後、教材を見直し、参加者に共有します。

対象者：カナダ在住の中等教育機関所属の日本語教師で参加条件に同意される方（先着20名まで）

• 完全非同期で、3週間の研修期間中、参加者としてそれぞれの締め切りまでにタスクを完了し、最後まで続ける意志がある方
• 各Phaseの最後にReflectionとFeedback formへの回答にご協力いただける方
• toysというツールにアクセスできる方

※中等教育向けのプロジェクト教材だと理解して参加される場合は、カナダ在住の中等教育機関以外の日本語教師も可。

使用言語：日本語と英語（教材のInstructionは英語）

Japanese Language Teachers 2
Adopt the SDGs – Climate Change

This training will provide an opportunity to think with secondary education school teachers about how to devise ways to incorporate social issues such as the UN SDGs from the elementary level.  After participants experience the materials created by the instructor as learners, the instructor will receive feedback on the materials, and share a summary with the participants after the workshop. After improving the teaching materials, we will share them as resources. This workshop will be conducted as a fully asynchronous pilot to allow for the participation of many secondary teachers.

Workshop Period: Tuesday, August 30 – September 19, 2022 (Three weeks)

Course Description:

The course is completely asynchronous and the training period is three weeks, proceeding week by week. Participants will work primarily on tasks as learners. Tasks must be completed before each participant can move on. There will be no asynchronous interaction with other teachers, as their progress will be different. Depending on the task, participants may see responses written by other teachers. After the training, the material will be reviewed and shared with the participants.

Target participants: Japanese language teachers residing in Canada who are affiliated with secondary schools and agree to the terms and conditions of participation (maximum 20 participants):

• able to complete the tasks by the respective deadlines and continue until the end of the workshop period, which is completely asynchronous and lasts three weeks.
• able to answer the Reflection and Feedback form at the end of each phase.
• able to use Deck.toys.

*Japanese language teachers outside of the target requirements are also welcome to participate if they understand that the project materials are for secondary education.
