Animated Short Films by Animation Students from the Tokyo University of the Arts
For Doors Open Toronto 2022, the Japan Foundation, Toronto is excited to present an impressive compilation of animated short films that exude vibes of rebirth, new beginnings, and renewed lives. Curated by the independent animation master YAMAMURA Koji, almost all of these wonderful films were created by students of the Tokyo University of the Arts (Geidai), Graduate School of Film and New Media, Department of Animation 東京藝術大学大学院映像研究科 アニメーション専攻.
These films will be playing on a loop in our Event Hall on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29, 10:30AM – 4:30PM. Details and registration here. Free Admission.

Six hourly timeslots are available for booking on Saturday, May 28 and Sunday, May 29 for Doors Open Toronto 2022. Drop-ins are welcome if our capacity limit permits. Visitors can also register for the next available timeslot on-site.
