The Japan Foundation, Toronto (JFT) is still conducting the 2015 Worldwide Online Survey on Japanese Language Education in Canada, to be completed by the end of January.
The survey aims to gain an accurate picture of the current state of Japanese Language Education in Canada, and the collected results will be compiled into a comprehensive report on Japanese Language Education around the world. The reports from the surveys have served as a source of valuable insight into the state of Japanese language education worldwide over the years. Not only does the data obtained aid in identifying emerging trends and barriers to Japanese Language Education, the report also serves as a helpful networking tool for institutions and individuals currently working in Japanese language education.
JFT has been sending out requests for survey participation to organizations that have previously participated in the survey. We sincerely hope for everyone’s participation in the survey again this year, and thank those of you who have already responded. We would also like to request your kind cooperation in passing on information regarding the survey to any organizations that offer Japanese language education that we may have overlooked. If there are any institutions that, to your knowledge, have not been identified for the survey this year, please contact us promptly at nsaito@jftor.org.
