Lecture: How to Learn Japanese Kanji

For many learners of Japanese, kanji present a significant hurdle in mastering the language. In this lecture on August 20, 2019, Dr. Yukiyo Hamakawa (Mejiro University) will not teach kanji, but instead look at how people can best learn them. Anyone who is interested in learning kanji, teaching kanji, or just learning about kanji is welcome to join!

In the 30th event of the series on Wednesday, July 24, we will host an EdCamp for Japanese Language Teachers. EdCamps are study groups where the participants play leading roles, and discussion topics are decided by participants at registration and/or on the spot.
