In the second meeting of the Online Network for Heritage Language Education on December 17, there will be an introduction of “Nippongo” textbooks published by the Japanese Language Teachers Association (Tomoko Ujie Bailey), sharing of classroom practices (Keiko Aoki), and a round-table discussion by participants.

NEW SESSION: JFT Online EdCamp for Japanese Language Teachers

On Wednesday, October 9 from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm EDT we will host an Online EdCamp for Japanese Language Teachers. Participants are welcome to suggest topics related to any problems they may have or something they want to hear others’ opinions on, etc.

Online Workshop: Japanese Education and Social Media

While most of us are often in contact with social media in our daily lives, it is not a stretch to assume there are those who rarely use it in their classrooms. This workshop will run the 3rd Friday of each month from September 20 to February 21 and introduce Social Media to those who are not yet familiar with it.
