※ The Adults’ Boot Camp is intended for adult learners who are 18 years of age or older as of July 22, 2019.
In this intensive 2 week course, students will cover the A1 level of the JF Standard, using the Japan Foundation’s textbook Marugoto: Japanese Language and Culture Starter A1 focusing on communicative language activities.
This course is for people who want to start using Japanese immediately, and students will gain practical ability communicating in everyday situations.
Course Schedule & Content:
The course runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 am – 3:30 pm (with an hour break from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm) for 2 weeks.

To ensure a smooth processing of your application we recommend registering no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course.
If the required number of students (5 students) is not reached by July 15 the course may be cancelled.
* Registration is only accepted online and is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that a course becomes full, a waiting list will be opened.
Course Fees
The 2 week Boot Camp costs $700 (cash or cheque only), which includes the textbook and handouts.
Fees are due by the start of the first class (July 22). If your payment is not received by the designated deadline, your enrollment will be cancelled automatically.
Textbook
Marugoto: Japanese Language and Culture is a textbook designed by the Japan Foundation specifically for adult learners.
