Join us for the third Bring Your Own Bento, Free Lunchtime Film Screenings! We will be screening two short films by NHK International in conjunction with the current exhibition World Heritage in Japan photography by Kazuyoshi Miyoshi.

Although the summer season is nearing its end, we go to Kyoto to see one of the largest and most famous festival in Japan. We then travel to northern Japan to see the Nebuta Matsuri in Aomori; Kanto Masturi in Akita; Hanagasa Matsuri in Yamagata and the; Tanabata Matsuri in Miyagi.

Don’t forget to bring your lunch (bento)!
