Tamako, formerly a “table tennis prodigy”, was in a relationship with Ejima, the ace of her company’s table tennis club, when she catches him in the arms of another player, Airi. Fleeing to her hometown, Tamako discovers that the Flower Table Tennis Club, formerly run by her late mother is in dire financial straits. In an effort to revitalize the failing Flower Table Tennis Club and destroy Ejima and Airi, Tamako partners with the incompatible Hagiwara to compete for the National Championship.
