2022年度JFTオンライン夏季日本語教師研修
TPチャートで教育実践を振り返る

TPチャート（ティーチング・ポートフォリオ・チャート）は、教師が自分の行っている教育実践を振り返り、自分の教育理念を明確化するためのツールです。本研修では、TPチャート紹介の後、参加者が自身のTPチャートを作成します。TPチャートを作成することにより、目指している教育や、やるべき実践を明確にし、授業改善のために活用されることを期待しています。

日時：

1日目：2022年7月6日（水）
         前半：11:00-13:00（エドモントン夏時間）13:00-15:00（東部夏時間）
         後半：14:00-15:30（エドモントン夏時間）16:00-17:30（東部夏時間）

2日目：2022年7月13日（水）
         11:00-13:00 MDT（エドモントン夏時間）13:00-15:00（東部夏時間）

申込締切：2022年7月1日（金）

対象者：カナダ在住の日本語教師で、以下に同意される方（先着40名まで）
※2日間とも受講できる人、または、1日目前半と後半の両方に出られる人（終日参加できる場合は、１日目だけの参加も可能です。1日目の半日だけの参加、２日目だけの参加は不可。）
注意事項：ペアを事前に設定するため、欠席の場合は必ず事前にご連絡ください。
※ペア・ワーク、グループワーク中はカメラオンで、作業に参加できる人（聴講不可）
※作業があるため、PCで参加できる人。（スマホ、タブレットでの参加は不可）
＊教育実践を振り返るため、現在、教えている方におすすめです。

使用言語：日本語（TPチャート作成は英語も可）

研修スケジュール：
1日目：前半：TPチャートの作成（ペア）後半：TPチャートの見直し（ペア/グループ）
2日目：TPチャートを活用した授業改善（グループ）
＜2日目事前課題＞授業案や「現状の課題」「これからやりたいこと」など話し合いたいことの資料の準備

2022 JFT Summer Online Workshop for Japanese Language Teachers
Reflect on your teaching practice with the TP Chart

Teaching Portfolio Chart (or TP Chart) is a tool for teachers to reflect on their own educational practices and clarify their educational philosophy. In this training, after the introduction of TP charts, participants will create their own TP charts in the hope that they will be able to use them to improve their teaching by clarifying the education they are aiming for and the practices they need to implement.

Dates and Times：
Day 1: Wednesday, July 6^th, 2022
         Morning session: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (MDT) 1:00 pm –  3:00 pm (EDT)
         Afternoon session: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm (MDT) 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm (EDT)         

Day 2: Wednesday, July 13^th, 2022
         11:00 am – 1:00 pm (MDT) 1:00 pm –  3:00 pm (EDT)                        

Application deadline: Friday, July 1, 2022

Target participants: Japanese teachers living in Canada (maximum 40 participants) who meet the following requirements:
*able to attend both days, or both morning session and afternoon session of Day 1 (if you can attend the entire day, you may attend only Day 1; attending only half of Day 1 or only Day 2 is
not acceptable.)
Note: Please be sure to notify us in advance if you will be absent, as pairs will be set up in advance.
* able to participate with a camera on (just observing is not allowed)
* able to participate using a desktop/laptop (smartphones/tablets are not acceptable)
*Recommended for those who are currently teaching in order to reflect on their teaching practice.

Language: Japanese (TP charting can be made in English)

Workshop schedule:
Day 1: Morning session: Creating TP charts (pairs)
Afternoon session: Reviewing TP charts (pairs/groups)
Day 2: Classroom improvement using TP charts (groups)
<Pre-task for Day 2>
Prepare lesson plans and materials for discussion such as “current issues” and “what we want to do in the future.”
