Join The JFT Library Book Club to share your ideas with JFT staff and other library users!

Thursday, August 20, 2020 [3:00 pm – 4:00 pm]

The theme for our next online Book Club is TRAVEL.

Read a book about taking a trip to Japan. The books may be from any section of the JFT Library – including travel memoirs, biographies, guidebooks, or fiction. Then share your thoughts during our Book Club!

Be creative with getting your reading materials! Although the JFT Library is currently closed, you can still find books on travelling to Japan. You can search whether the book is part of JFT’s collection in our catalogue.

Here’s a list of suggested readings to help you find your book.

Download the list by clicking the image on the left or by clicking here.
Please be reminded that you do not need to pick a book from this list. Please feel free to explore and bring a book of your interest.

The JFT Library Book Club will be conducted through Zoom. Please email the library at to reserve your seat.

Once reserved, an email will be sent to you with a website link and log-in password to enter the online Zoom meeting.
Please be aware that space may be limited.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email.

Thank you for participating!
