Colorful: Eto Mori

Since its initial release over 20 years ago, Eto Mori‘s Colorful (translated to English by Jocelyne Allen) has become a part of the literary canon all around the world. The beloved bestselling classic is finally available in English, and we are delighted to introduce it on the TIFA virtual stage. Hear from Mori about the groundbreaking tale of a dead soul who gets a second chance, and his journey to seeing the true colors of those around him a little more clearly, and through them, seeing himself a little better too.

This event will be presented in Japanese and English, and is proudly supported by The Japan Foundation, Toronto.

About Eto Mori >

Cinephiles can also look forward to a special FREE online film screening of Colorful (2010), directed by HARA Keiichi on November 5 at 9pm and November 7 at 9pm (ET). The beautifully animated feature film is based on the novel, telling the tale of a dead soul who gets a second chance in the body of a 14 year-old.
